Los Angeles, CA. (09/29/09) -- Horror buffs in Ireland & Scotland are in for a treat this coming October. Arrow Video (www.arrowfilms.com.uk) has teamed up with Edinburgh's new Cult Fiction DVD store (www.cultfictionmovies.com) to bring great zombie horror to the land of kilts and whiskey. Leading the charge over a four-day media blitz will be Captain Rhodes himself, actor Joe Pilato, who will be introducing the film in various locations, doing Q and A sessions, signing autographs, mingling with his many admirers and soaking up the Celtic sun. He will also be shooting all-new exclusive extras for the "Day of the Dead" UK Blu-ray due out early in 2010. It's a message to Scottish zombies everywhere that the fight is coming their way. On Saturday October 24th, attendees to Dublin's Horrorthon at the Irish Film Institute will be treated to a screening of Day Of The Dead, with Capt. Rhodes in attendance rounding up new recruits to his cause. Sunday, October 25th, attendees to Edinburgh's Cameo Filmhouse will be treated to the same cinematic pleasure. Then, on Monday, October 26th, fans in Glasgow will get their chance at the Glasgow Film Theatre (www.gft.org.uk).
