Force to play with their bratty neighbor, Simon Thaddeus Mulberry Pew (played by John Kassir, the voice of the Crypt Keeper from Tales From The Crypt), twins Sammy and Tammy Fitzgivens think of a way to steal his toys. When an accident occurs, the "Wizzit" (played by Armin Shimmerman, Quark from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine0 magically appears to help clean up the mess.
